Between “the client” and “the property owner”:

In order to grant You (“the client”) the best possible service, the apartment presented in this website  is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Minimum age

Before a booking is valid at least one of the guests must be over 20 years of age.

Deposit

A deposit of 140 EUR will be charged when booking confirmation is issued. The property owner has the right to cancel the booking of the apartment if the deposit is not received within 5 banking days from reservation. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out date, if no claims are issued by any of the involved parties.

Payment Method

You can pay by bank transfer to our Spanish or Swedish account. Other forms of payment must be arranged in advance. The client must pay all bank charges.

25% of the rental cost will be paid together with the deposit. Remaining payment for the rented property must be received no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Full payment will be required immediately (within 5 banking days from booking confirmation), including deposit, if a booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

Check In / Out

Check-in time is 15:00 or later. Late arrival (after mid night) will be paid 20€ extra directly to the hostess. Check-out time 12 am at the latest (noon).

Additional Charges

Electricity is included for rental shorter than 4 weeks. For rentals longer than 4 weeks an additional electricity fee of €75 is added per month. Additional services such as guided tours, facilities etc. can be arranged upon request. For further details, please inquire with us via e-mail.

Changes to the booking by the client

All changes to the booking are considered as a cancellation and re-booking.

Changes to the booking by the property owner:

If Your (“the client”) booking is unlikely cancelled by us (“the property owner”), a full refund of rent and deposit paid will be made. We will also pay your initial bank charges for the transaction, as long as they are both presented to us formally, and are considered reasonable within the banking system.

Cancellation Policy:

You will receive full refund of the deposit for cancellation occurred at least 60 days before the reserved dates(s). Any cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival date shall not be entitled to any refund.

Damage or Injury:

The property owner will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any of traveller’s personal items. The property owner shall not be liable for any personal injuries, damages, and sickness or any diseases occurred during travelling and/or on the rental properties.

Cleaning service:

Rental prices exclude a mandatory cleaning fee. Washing dishes is not included in this service, the client’s obligations include the hob and the dishes being left in good condition, clean and tidy. If it does not happen, a fee of 15 EUR will be taken from the deposit previously provided by the guest. We also provide additional cleaning service upon request.

Privacy Policy:

All information collected from you (when you book we will request the basic information about you and your travel, such as your name, email address, dates of check in/out, and other contact information) will only be used for contracts, bookings, contractual obligations, eventual juridical disputation. Except as otherwise stated above, we will not disclose your personal information with any third party without your consent.

Behaviour:

The client(s) is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his/her party. Should the person and his/her party behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilized standards, the property owner/manager has the right to ask the person and his/her party to vacate the premises, with no cash refund.

Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden.

Pets are allowed in the apartments. Owners are responsible to ensure pets do not disturb other guests.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to make changes to parts of this document.
